The residences at Auberge Miami are based on open-concept, flow-through floor plans with one, two, or three bedrooms layouts. Each unit revels in its breathtaking Miami setting with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the Biscayne Bay and an oversized private terrace with transparent glass railings. Auberge Miami offers a limited number of Sky Penthouses and four Duplex Sky Penthouses.

Homeowners association dues are expected to be $.73 per square foot.
Units can be reserved now with 10% of the purchase price. An additional 10% will be due at contract. Once ground breaks 20% of purchase price will be required. When construction reaches the floor the unit is in another 10% will be requested and the balance of 50% will be due at closing.
