Related Group just launched sales for Auberge Residences & Spa, a luxury residential development with 290 condos.

The 60-story tower, designed by Architectonica, has a unique angled façade ensuring views of the Biscayne Bay from the living room and master bedroom of most residences. The residences at Auberge Miami are based on open-concept, flow-through floor plans with one, two, or three bedrooms layouts.  Each unit revels in its breathtaking Miami setting with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the Biscayne Bay and an oversized private terrace with transparent glass railings.  Auberge Miami offers a limited number of Sky Penthouses and four Duplex Sky Penthouses.

Residences will offer spacious walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry, a selection of finishes, countertops, and backsplashes, and integrated paneling to conceal the refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.  Each kitchen also includes a 36” Monogram refrigerator/freezer, a state-of-the-art Wolf appliance package, and design that opens to the living and dining rooms.

The building has been conceived as a “smart” building and is pre-wired for Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet, optimum data usage and voice calls, and cable television, as well as a sprinkler fire protection system. Residences contain individually controlled, energy-efficient air conditioning and heating systems, and all sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows are energy-efficient, tinted, and impact-resistant.

Auberge Residences will come in one, two, three and four bedroom floor plans with prices starting from $345,900 for the one bedrooms; $784,900 for the two bedrooms; $693,900 for two bedrooms with den and $903,900 for three bedrooms plus den.  There will also be 18 1 bedroom with den, two bath liner units which are situated from floors 3-11 and those start from $551,900.  Pricing and availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Homeowners association dues are expected to be $.73 per square foot.

Deposit structure

Units can be reserved now with 10% of the purchase price.   An additional 10% will be due at contract.  Once ground breaks 20% of purchase price will be required.  When construction reaches the floor the unit is in another 10% will be requested and the balance of 50% will be due at closing.
