Residences by Armani/Casa is a 56-story new development with 308 exclusive luxury, oceanfront condominium residences. It is the first residential development by Giorgio Armani in the United States. It will occupy 3.11 acres in a 649-foot tall modern glass tower designed by internationally acclaimed architect César Pelli.
The project is a collaboration between The Related Group and Dezer Developments, who have worked together on several developments, including Trump and Trump Ocean Towers, and the under-construction Hyde Suites & Residences Midtown.

Floor plans A-C are flow thru units with direct ocean and intracoastal views. Floor plan D is a corner residence with direct ocean and intracoastal views and floor plan E offers intracoastal and partial ocean views.
Prices start at $1.95 million and are subject to change without prior notice.
Units can be secured with 20% of the purchase price. Additional deposits of 30% will be due prior to completion and the balance of 50% at closing at the end of 2018.
