Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences is South Florida’s newest boating lover’s paradise. The South Tower will open in February 2017 and is called The Reserve.  It currently offers two, three and four bedroom residences with spacious floor plans ranging from 1,581 sq. ft. to 2,599 sq. ft.  Residences are priced from $900,000 to $2,000,000.  Penthouses start at $1,200,000.  A few boat slips are still available from $350,000 for a 40-foot slip.  Pricing and availability subject to change without prior notice.

Residences in The Reserve can be purchased with 25% of the purchase price and closings will begin in February 2017.
