Noted architect Kobi Karp oversaw the contextual design of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. The building’s elegant curved silhouette with oversized terraces is placed above a three-story podium and is designed to optimize the ocean and beach views from each residence.

Owners at Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale will become preferred guests of the Fort Portfolio of Four Season properties. Deposit Structure:

Residences may be purchased with 20% of the purchase price upon signing a sales agreement.  An additional 10% will be required at ground break, 10% at commencement of construction on the 12th floor, 10% at top off and the balance at closing.

The condo hotel units come in one or two bedroom floor plans and range from 781 sq. ft. up to 2,223 sq. ft.  Prices start at $1,200,000.
